Our little Tanner is finally home! Tanner came home on Saturday, July 26 weighing a whopping 6 lbs 3 oz! Sorry it has taken me so long to post the update. Things have been a little busy! Tanner ended up having to have the blood transfusion (his red blood cell count dropped even lower) and that gave him the boost that he needed. Within a day his oxygen levels were up, he had a lot more color in his face and he had enough energy to eat.

Aubrey, Brock and Carter love their new little brother! They love to hold him and try to soothe him when he cries. Aaron and I are amazed at how well they are taking the change in our lives. It's almost like Tanner has always been with us. They, of course, are used to sharing our attention, so maybe that helps. Life is busy, but I think we're doing really well!

i'm so glad to see that Tanner is home. what a little fighter he is. I love seeing him with the older kids...it's so fun and precious how much they love their new sibling. That bond is pretty amazing.

Your kids are so cute! I'm glad you finally have Tanner home. Sarah gave us an update when we saw her in Boise a couple of weeks ago. It will be so nice to stay in touch through your blog. Take care, and tell Aaron hello.
